61 Club Login Problems and How to Fix Them
A practical fix list for 61 Club login problems: OTP that never arrives, a rejected or forgotten password, app errors, locked accounts, and what to send customer care when nothing else works.
When a sign-in fails, the cause is nearly always one of a small number of everyday problems: a number typed in the wrong format, an OTP held up by the phone, a password that changed, or an app that needs updating. Work through the sections below in order and most logins come back within minutes. 18+ only.
The quick checks that solve most failed logins.
OTP, password and lockout fixes, step by step.
What to send customer care, and what never to share.
Section 1
Rule out the simple causes first
Before assuming the account has a problem, check the three things that cause most failed sign-ins. They take a minute and fix the majority of cases.
First, the number format. Enter the ten-digit mobile number exactly as you registered it, without a leading zero and without adding the country code unless the form asks for it. Second, the password. Check whether caps lock or a different keyboard language is on, and remember that a password autofilled by the browser may be an old one. Third, the address. Make sure you are on the genuine login page or the genuine app, not a look-alike reached through an ad or forwarded link.
If all three are right and the login still fails, read the exact error message. 'Account does not exist' points to a different number than the one you registered. 'Wrong password' points to the password. A network or server message points to the connection or the app, covered further down.
Section 2
OTP not arriving
A one-time code that never shows up is frustrating, but it is usually the phone rather than the platform.
Check signal, and that the SIM holding the registered number is the active one on dual-SIM phones. Look in the spam or promotions folder of your messages app, since some phones filter SMS from unknown senders automatically. Make sure the phone is not in airplane mode or a do-not-disturb setting that hides messages.
Then wait for the resend timer to finish before asking for another code. Requesting codes repeatedly can pause sending for a while, which makes the problem look worse. If codes still never arrive after a reasonable wait and a restart, the support option is the next step; mention that the number has signal and that other SMS arrive normally.
Section 3
Wrong or forgotten password
If you are sure the number is right and the password is rejected, reset it rather than guessing. Repeated guesses can trigger a temporary lockout.
Use the forgotten password option on the login screen. It normally sends a one-time code to the registered number, then asks for a new password. Choose one you have not used on other apps, save it somewhere private, and update any saved password in your browser so autofill stops entering the old one.
If the reset says the number is not registered, you may have signed up with a different number, perhaps an older SIM. Try that number before creating a new account, because a fresh account will not have your history and duplicate accounts are usually reviewed.
Section 4
App crashes, blank screens and network errors
When the website signs you in but the app does not, the app is the problem, and an outdated build is the usual reason.
Update the app first, using the in-app prompt or the official download button. Next, set the phone's date and time to automatic, because secure connections fail when the clock is off. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and turn off any VPN or data-saver that might be blocking the connection. Finally, clear the app's cache from Android settings and try again.
If the app still crashes on opening, uninstall it and install a fresh copy from the official source. That removes corrupted files without touching the account. Our article on the latest APK version explains the reinstall process in more detail.
Section 5
Locked, frozen or under review
Some messages mean the account itself needs attention rather than the login. These are handled by the platform, not by any setting on your phone.
A short lockout after too many wrong passwords normally clears by itself once its timer runs out. Waiting is better than trying again, which can extend it. A message saying the account is frozen, restricted or under review usually relates to the platform's rules, for example a check on duplicate accounts or a payment that needs verifying.
In those cases only the platform's customer service can help. Reach it through the support option on the website or in the app, describe the message word for word, and be ready to confirm details about the account. Nobody outside the platform, including this website, can unlock an account.
Section 6
Contacting support, and what never to share
When the checklist runs out, a clear support request gets the fastest answer. A careless one can make things worse if it reaches the wrong person.
Use the customer service option inside the website or app. Give the registered number, the exact error text, the app version if relevant, and a screenshot. Do not include your password, OTP or UPI PIN; genuine support never asks for them, and anyone who does is not support.
Ignore phone numbers and chat handles claiming to be 61 Club customer care in comments, ads or groups. They are a known scam pattern, often asking you to install a screen-sharing app or pay a fee. Our customer care page explains the official routes. And if the login trouble has eaten into the time you set aside, treat that as the end of the session; 61 Club is for adults aged 18 and over and works best within a limit set beforehand.

FAQ
Short answers before you open the next route.
1Why is my 61 Club login not working?+
The usual causes are a number entered in the wrong format, a stale saved password, an OTP filtered by the phone, or an outdated app. Check the exact error message, then work through those causes in order.
2Why am I not getting the OTP for 61 Club login?+
Check signal, the active SIM on dual-SIM phones and your SMS spam filter, then wait for the resend timer before requesting another code. Repeated requests can pause sending for a while.
3How do I reset my 61 Club password?+
Tap the forgotten password option on the login screen, enter the code sent to your registered number, and set a new password you do not use anywhere else.
4Login works in the browser but not in the app. Why?+
The app is probably out of date or holding an old session. Update it from the official source, set the phone's clock to automatic, clear the app cache and try again.
5My account says it is under review. Can I fix that myself?+
No. Reviews and restrictions are handled by the platform's customer service. Contact them through the support option inside the website or app and quote the message word for word.
6Someone from customer care asked for my OTP. Is that normal?+
No. Genuine support never needs your OTP, password or UPI PIN. Stop the conversation, change your password, and use only the support option inside the app or website.
